Leaked footage of an unknown third party suggests otherwise.

-Few Hegemony worlds remain under protection of the SLDF which has vowed not to take part in actions that would jeopardize Hegemony citizens nor would it be a reason for other powers to ransack Hegemony worlds. All Hegemony worlds have been advised by General Kerensky to try to negotiate for neutrality or side with their closest neighbouring state for the time being and otherwise offer no resistance so there would be no fighting near their population centers

-Minoru Kurita has issued an official statement now proclaiming himself the new First Lord of the Star League offering those mercy that would fall in line. A Marik diplomat present during the press conference objected sharply and was escorted to the adjacent rooms after the incident, she hasn't been seen or heard from since.

-Most Houses have refused the Kuritan claim to the throne and instead insist on their own claim to it, except for the Lyran Commonwealth which did not reply at all and instead has sent out forces to secure the Hegemony worlds from Kuritan invasion forces.

-All five major realms, now dubbed "successor states", are now officially in a state of war and border conflicts have begun. There are reports that the Ares Conventions are not adhered to.

-Capellan, Davion and Marik forces have started seizing Hegemony worlds close to their borders, in several cases worlds are claimed by more than one neighbour and political subterfuge with the local governments of those planets has allowed several forces to land on planets and control areas, at time far from their borders but apparently still supplied well enough.

-General Kerensky, accompanied by two heavy escort companies of the SLDF, meets with representatives of the five major houses and negotiates (some complain he rather dictated) the terms of the SLDF leaving Terra. Terra is to be turned over to and governed by ComStar which is an entity that all house lords have sanctioned. Failure to respect it's neutrality would result in the other houses being aided by the SLDF in the destruction of the violating party. Similar terms apply to Mars.

After forming a somewhat loose alliance for some years several planets on the edge of former RWR space have now officially formed the Circinus Federation and asked ComStar to become a minor member, entitling them to at least one HPG station in their realm.

The world of "Maximillian" is charted on official starmaps for the first time since it is part of the Circinus Federation. It is unknown for how long it had already been settled. It seems several farmers that were citizens of the LC now live there and on other Federation planets.
